Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and handling angry clients, as needed.
  • Helping the clients with insurance claim process information and queries
  • Helping the internal claims team in following up with the clients to complete the claims process
  • Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed individual metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Job Requirement

What are we looking for ?

  • 1-3 years customer facing experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Insurance industry work experience will be preferred
  • Willing to work in rotational shift
