About the Role:

We are seeking a relationship management expert from the insurance space. In this role, you will be responsible for building meaningful and lasting relationship with clients by enabling end to end monthly endorsements, conducting business reviews, and preventing escalations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will own and improve upon:

Drive end-to-end monthly endorsements for your clients meeting standard requirements on TAT and quality
Act as a partner to our ICPs such as HRs, Admin leads, and Finance officers to make the best use of Nova’s platform and processes
Communicate proactively alongside required follow ups with clients and partners to accelerate outcomes
Manage escalations, conduct quarterly business reviews and do everything that is required strategically for retaining clients

Requirements:

You have/are:

1-2 years of experience in driving insurance endorsements and have required relationships/network within the insurance industry
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
Highly detailed oriented and knows how to build meaningful relationships
Knows basics in MS Excel and have an inclination to data. Comfortable with tools such as CRM, G-Suite etc.,
Excited about solving problems and have passion to work in a fast pace work environment
